Invoicing Information
This section covers the metrics used to track activity across your organization. Understanding these metrics will help you interpret your billing and monitor usage over time.

- Match time — Duration of matches played during the billing period, regardless of how many headsets were connected.
- Gameplay time — Total time spent playing across all headsets. Each headset counts separately (e.g. a 10-minute match with 4 headsets = 40 minutes of gameplay time).
- Active gameplay time — Same as gameplay time, but only counting periods when headsets are actively in use (i.e. excluding idle or no-movement time).
- Session time — Total time spent in lobbies across all sessions during the billing period, regardless of how many headsets were connected.
Region billing tier
Section titled “Region billing tier”Per-minute active gameplay time rates vary by region. Your organization is charged based on the region in which your venue operates.
