MAPS

  • Previous maps won’t work with the new version out of the box.
  • You need to open the map on the headset and save it again to make it work with the App Manager.
  • This problem shouldn’t happen anymore in future releases.

COLOCATION issues

There seems to be a bug on Meta’s side right now. If you do one of the following, clients might have trouble finding the matching space:

  • Delete enhanced spatial services spatial data from Meta servers If this is done on the headset that created the map, you will need to open that map and realign it manually again. It should work for other headsets without doing anything.
  • Clear physical space history Restarting the device should fix the issue. If not, you’ll need to do a realign (same as in the previous case).
